General Manager
Victor is a Temple University graduate and army veteran. During his army service overseas, Victor worked alongside local officials, security personnel, and U.S government agencies to help spearhead community improvement projects. He joined the PPS team in 2018 to develop and build upon its core principles and mission.
Jennifer James
Property Manager
Jen is a Pennsylvania native with over twenty years in the real estate and construction industry's. She adds invaluable leadership and organizational skills to the team. Jen is impact driven and draws upon her decades of experience to help ensure the highest quality service is delivered.
Jessica Emery
Assistant Property Manager
Jessica serves as an assistant property manager charged with administration. She brings nearly twenty years experience in administration and bookkeeping experience. Her positivity and commitment to excellence are key attributes that contribute to the teams success.
James Morgan
Field Manager
James leads, coordinates, and supervises all maintenance operations for the team. Originally from Delaware County PA, James served four years in the U.S Army. After the army, James worked in the construction industry for several years. He brings invaluable home improvement skills and leadership to all of our field operations.
