Emergency Maintenance: 

1. Safety or Health: Dial 911 Emergency Services

2. Gas Smell: Gas Service Provider

3. Electrical Hazard: Electric Service Provider

4. Contact our office to inform of situation (if after hours leave message)

5. Submit a maintenance request through tenant portal

Lock Out Procedure:

1. During business hours: PPS office OR a Local Locksmith

2. After business hours: contact a Local Locksmith for Emergency Service
